Overview
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Trusted Guard Services, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages related to our security services at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply.
Types of Messages
Messages you may receive include, but are not limited to:
- Quote confirmations and follow-ups
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Service agreement notifications
- Important security alerts related to your account
- Promotional offers (only if you have opted in to marketing)
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and the services you have requested. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate additional communication.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.

Carriers Supported
SMS services are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost
Trusted Guard Services does not charge for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
